Brittany Michelle Designs does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products given the custom nature of them all. Please be certain and sure of your final selection prior to checking out. Due to the personalization of all signs and products, all sales are considered to be final. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item(s). Brittany Michelle Designs cannot be responsible for damage to products incurred while your order was in transit. However, such issues are exceptionally rare. If you experience this email us immediately. These incidents are reviewed on a case by case basis. If your product arrives with any visible damage, please be certain to take photos of the packaging prior to opening and be certain to keep the packaging. If there is no photos of the packaging your case will not be able to be reviewed. I insure all products through the carrier for extra peace of mind but we will need information and photos from you in order to open a claim.
